Senior Associate
 
Stefano deals with civil law matters and specialises in banking law, where he assists clients in and out of court, both in the recovery of debts in the interest of banking institutions and in the possible subsequent opposition phase, and in the defence of financing companies in the field of consumer credit, mainly in disputes concerning usury and requests for reimbursement of unpaid charges.
He graduated in Law from the University of Trieste, is qualified to practice law since 2010 and is registered in the Bar Association of Treviso.
