Paolo Laghi began his career in civil law, before specialising in corporate, business and banking law. He has gained significant experience in both litigation and transactional matters, advising companies in M&A, private equity, banking and finance transactions, with particular regard to corporate and financial restructuring and plans pursuant to Article 67 of the Bankruptcy Law and Article 182 bis of the Bankruptcy Law. In the banking sector, he assists various Italian credit institutions and has become general attorney of a leading banking group.
In 2007, he joined Studio Laghi & Associati in Treviso and in 2018 he actively participated in the merger process with the Milan-based firm.
He graduated in Law in 2004 from the University of Bologna, and since 2007 he has been qualified to practice law when he registered with the Treviso Bar Association.
