Luca Giabardo deals with civil law and specialises in employment law, with particular focus on agency agreements (both in the industry and trade sectors), executive employment relationships, dismissals (any claim inherent to), accidents at work (differential damages) and, in general, issues involving human resources (assignment of employment contracts, transfers and changes in job description). He has also dealt with social security matters – health and safety at work.
Another field of specialization is that of distribution agreements: framework agreements, franchising and subcontracting.
In the course of his career, he has also dealt with intellectual property rights (counterfeiting and injunctions), company registry law (claims pursuant to Article 2191 of the Italian Civil Code), trust law (under Jersey law), inheritance law, family law (separations, divorces and measures for the protection of offspring), G.D.P.R. (also with reference to the WWW and Facebook search engines; as well drafting the “Register of treatments”).
He graduated in Law in Padua in 2006, and he has pass the bar exam in 2009. Since 2022 he has been qualified to practice before the Corte di Cassazione and other higher courts.
In 2018, he attended the annual postgraduate course in “Current issues in the management of labour relations” at the University of Padua.
