In 2009, he opened his own firm and became Head of Legal Department at La Naia, Di Oronzo & Partners, assisting foreign companies interested in investing in the Italian market. In recent years he has gained significant experience in both litigation (including arbitration and as an arbitrator) and transactional matters, providing assistance and advice to companies, as well as in M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, including pursuant to Article 67 of the Bankruptcy Law and 182 bis of the Bankruptcy Law, and insolvency proceedings.
He also holds positions of trust in several companies, as a member of the boards of directors, and is a member of the Commission on Commercial Law and Practice of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), where he focuses on joint ventures, turnkey and international sales.
He graduated in Law in 1993 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, and since 1997 he has been registered with the Milan Bar Association. Since 2009, he has been qualified to practice before the Corte di Cassazione and other higher courts.
