Corinna Mesirca practices in the civil law area, dealing with litigation and focusing in particular on banking law, bankruptcy and factoring.
She also has significant experience in family law: in 2007, she attended a two-year family mediation course at the Veneto Institute for Family Therapy in Treviso and has taken part in a number of conferences in the field. She is currently an AIMS member and a member of the National Observatory of Family Law.
She joined the firm of Aldo Laghi in Treviso as a trainee and became a partner.
She graduated in Law in 1989 from the University of Bologna, and has been a member of the Treviso Bar Association since 1992. Since 2014, she has been qualified to practice before the Corte di Cassazione and other higher courts.
