
LS Laghi & Partners, with registered office in Milano, Via C.O. Cornaggia n. 10, 20123, and other registered office in Treviso, Viale Cesare Battisti n. 1, 31100, as data controller (hereinafter, “LS” or “Data Controller”) provides this information notice (hereinafter, “Policy”) pursuant to the legislation on the protection of personal data and, therefore, to Legislative Decree of the 30 June 2003, no. 196 and subsequent amendments and supplements, EU Regulation 2016/679 (known as GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation) and Legislative Decree of the 10 August 2018, no. 101 and subsequent amendments and supplements (hereinafter, jointly, “Privacy Legislation”).
With this Policy, LS explains, among other things, the activities and methods of processing of Data (as defined below) of users and/or interested parties (hereinafter, “Interested Party”) which consult and interact with this website owned by LS, accessible at the following address “www.lsalex.it” (hereinafter, “Site”).
The term “Processing” means “any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to the Data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, restriction, erasure or destruction”.
As a result of consulting and interacting with the Site, Data (as defined below) relating to identified or identifiable people may be processed.
1. Data Controller and contact information.

2. Types of Data subject to Processing.
LS will process the personal data of the Interested Party that will be spontaneously provided and communicated through the completion of the form on the Site or sent to the e-mail addresses on the Site on the occasion of spontaneous application for employment or collaboration positions, or in connection with any request.
These personal data belong to the category of so-called “common personal data” and may be personal data identifying the Interested Party or contact data. The same include: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone and/or cell phone number, or data related to the educational and professional background of the Interested Party.
In addition to the abovementioned data, LS will process and collect through the Site so-called “navigation data”.
Indeed, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, in their normal operativity, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with an identified Interested Party, but which by its specific type could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the identification of the Interested Party. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computer used by the Data Subject, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and to the computing environment of the Interested Party. In this regard, see point 4 below referred to the cookies.
The so-called “common personal data” and so-called “navigation data” below are collectively referred to as the “Data”.
The Site does not collect the so-called special data, such as, for example, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a physical person, or data related to a person’s health, sex life, or sexual orientation.
3. Purpose and legal basis of Processing.
Data will be processed in order to:
i) search, evaluate and select candidates;
ii) respond to any requests for information, questions or comments from the Interested Party;
iii) obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and monitor its proper functioning;
iv) carry out legal obligations.
In addition, the Data could be used to ascertain liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes committed against the Site.
For the aforementioned purposes, the legal basis for Data processing is the consent of the Interested Party, provided as the manifestation of a free, specific, informed and unequivocal will, as well as the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller relating to the management and optimization of the Site.
4. Cookies.
With respect to the measure of the Privacy Guarantor, which can be found at the following address: www.garanteprivacy.it, it should be noted that: (i) the Site allows the sending of “third-party’s” cookies, i.e., cookies installed by a site other than the one you are visiting that can capture information released by the Site; (ii) no use is made of cookies for the transmission of personal information, nor so-called “persistent” or “session” cookies of any kind are used; (iii)in the management of the Site is made us of Universal Analytics by Google, whose cookies are used to collect statistical information on the modalities by which users use the Site itself.
During the navigation on the Site, cookies that may be present on the Interested Party’s computer are recognized by the Site’s management program. Through the use of cookies, no personal data is directly recorded, but the navigation path through the Site, in order to facilitate the same navigation and to store data that avoid the re-entry of information when filling in forms present in the Site.
If it wants to delete (or not accept) the cookies on its computer, the Interested Party can follow the directions on the browser that it uses, which can usually be found in the “Options/Privacy” menu. Deleting cookies, or disabling their use, may inhibit or limit certain browsing and consultation functions of the Site.

5. Data provision.
In order to carry out the activity of evaluating and selecting candidates and/or responding to requests for information regarding the services offered by the Data Controller, the provision of Data is necessary. Any refusal implies, therefore, the impossibility for the Data Controller to fulfill the purposes set out in point 3 above.
6. Method of Processing.
The Data Processing is based on the principles of proportionality, necessity, fairness, lawfulness and transparency. In this sense, the same Processing will take place in accordance with the Privacy Legislation and will be carried out through manual and/or computerized tools.
In this regard, it is clarified that adequate security measures have been adopted against the risk of intrusion and unauthorized access, suitable to ensure the integrity, availability and confidentiality of the Data, as well as the protection of the areas and premises relevant to their custody and accessibility.
The collected Data will be Processed at the operating offices of the Data Controller.
7. Distribution and communication of data, categories of recipients.
The Data will be processed only and exclusively for the purposes set out in point 3 above and will not be “distributed”, meaning that brought to the attention of third parties, in any way, including by making them available or consultable.
The Data Controller may communicate the Data to external parties, including judicial and/or administrative authorities, as well as arbitrators or arbitration boards. Where the latter operate on behalf of the Data Controller, they will be designated as data processors.
The same Data will be processed by personnel and/or collaborators duly appointed and authorized for this purpose by the Data Controller and on the basis of its instructions, according to logics related to the purposes indicated above, so as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the same.
8. Retention period.
Data will be kept only for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are collected. In particular, it is specified that the Data related to the curriculum vitae will be kept for a period of 12 (twelve) months from its transmission or last update.
The same Data will subsequently be deleted and/or anonymized, unless there are further legitimate interests of the Data Controller and/or obligations, which make their retention necessary, after minimization.
9. Rights of the Interested Party. Opposition to the Processing. Complaint.
The Interested Party may exercise against the Data Controller the rights provided for in articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, as applicable.
Specifically, the same Interested Party has the right to request access, updating, integration, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability of the Data, as well as to revoke at any time the consent given without affecting the lawfulness of the Processing based on the consent given before revocation, or, for legitimate reasons, to object, in whole or in part, to the Processing of the Data.
Pursuant to article 77 of the GDPR, the Interested Party has, in addition, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of UE’s State in which it normally resides, works or of the place where the alleged violation occurred.
In Italy, the competent authority is the “Garante per la protezione dei dati personali”, based in Rome (www.garanteprivacy.it).
The Interested Party may, at any time, exercise the rights provided by the Privacy Legislation or request information from the Data Controller in relation to its Data by sending a communication by registered letter with return receipt to LS Laghi & Partners, 20123-Milano (MI), Via C.O. Cornaggia n. 10, or by e-mail to the ordinary e-mail address: privacy@lsalex.it.
10. Modification of the Policy.
The Policy may be subject, at any time, to changes and/or updates. In any case, the Data Controller reserves the right to make changes and/or updates to the Policy by notifying the Interested Parties on this page. Therefore, please consult this page, taking as reference the date of last modification indicated at the end of it.
Unless otherwise specified, the previous “Policy” will continue to apply to the Data collected up to that point.
